Chair Giovanni Migliaccio speaks at Matute Remus Cathedra 2023

Last month, Chair and Professor Giovanni Migliaccio was invited to lecture at the University of Guadalajara, through the Centro Universitario de la Costa, as a keynote for the Matute Remus Cathedra 2023. Focusing his speech on administration methods, administration vs. bidding and contracting, the status of administration methods in the US, classification of administration methods, status of administration methods in the US, and separate contracting of design and construction services”, among other topics. Migliaccio’s broad focus and establishment of the landscape of construction contracts internationally and in the U.S. reinforces the importance of creativity, understanding of internationally differing perspectives, and innovation.
