Instructions for applying for Curricular Practical Training (CPT). These instructions apply to both CM Undergrad and Graduate Students.
- CPT rules and processes are subject to change. Always refer to UW International Student Services Employment and Internships for the process information.
- Your CM departmental advisor will need the name of the company and their address and phone number to process the CPT request.
- Undergraduate students: Send UW ISS CPT forms for your advisor to rafm@uw.edu
- Graduate students: Send UW ISS CPT forms for your advisor to abedell@uw.edu
- To enroll in CM 499 for 1 credit, please contact Dr. Giovanni Migliaccio at gianciro@uw.edu
