Gerald Beltran

Gerald Beltran is a Sr. Preconstruction Manager for Sellen Construction leveraging his field experience to effectively plan and estimate project costs with developers and design teams. Gerald started his career with Sellen Construction after graduating from the University of Washington with a dual degree; B.S. Building Construction and B.A. in Architectural Studies.

Gerald has served as a guest lecturer for UW Construction Management courses, he’s an avid mentor and juror in the UWCM Senior Capstone project, and teaches a Construction Estimating 1 course (CM 331) for the Department.

Gerald has over 25 years of experience in construction completing Office, Fine Arts, Medical, and Tenant Improvement projects under progressive career positions as Project Engineer, Field Manager, and Project Manager.
