Carey Smith

Carey Crutcher Smith is an experienced construction marketing communications executive known for her strategic thinking and leadership skills. She served as Director of Marketing and Community Relations for Lease Crutcher Lewis for 13-years, helping expand the business into new market sectors and creating a robust community relations program. Prior to Lewis, Carey was the VP of Marketing for the NW Region of Verizon Wireless.

Carey has been active on the boards of the Design-Build Institute of America NW Region, Girl Scouts of Western Washington, and served on the Urban Land Institute’s Women’s Leadership Initiative. She is the Chair of the Lakeside School board, a Commissioner with the Seattle Sports Commission, and on the Advisory Council for EarthGen.

She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Princeton University.
