Tiffani Candler

Tiffani Candler is a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager at Lydig Construction. She is responsible for the Development, Implementation, and Continuous Improvement of the Lydig Safety Program for the Western Region. Tiffani has experience in managing HSE programs for projects spanning from multi-story high rises to K-12 schools, universities, historical remodels, Port of Seattle, and Sound Transit projects.
Tiffani applies a holistic approach to HSE Management, rooted in the value that true innovation and change in workplace safety requires collaboration between all departments, where each employee has the education, support, and tools they need to create an inherently safe workplace. Tiffani holds a BS degree in Safety and Health Management from Central Washington University.
