Athan Tramountanas

Athan Tramountanas is a partner in the law firm of Ogden Murphy Wallace PLLC, where his practice is focused on Construction Law. Athan advises public and private clients on various issues throughout the construction process, negotiates and drafts design and construction contracts, prepares procurement documents, and represents clients throughout the dispute resolution process in both trial and appellate courts. He was the Chair of the Washington State Bar Association’s Construction Law Section in 2017-2018, and has served on its Executive Committee since since 2012. He has written and edited chapters of the Construction Law Handbook and is a regular speaker on construction topics for industry groups and other attorneys. Athan received his B.S. in Construction Management from University of Washington in 1994 and his J.D., summa cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law in 1999. He currently teaches two classes for the Department: Design and Construction Law (CM 500) and Construction Law (CM 423).
