Attention Student residents of the following states/territories, you are eligible to apply for WRGP tuition:
Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Arizona, Colorado, Guam and Northern Mariana Islands, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming.  

Follow the instructions below to apply for the Master of Science in Construction Management (classroom-based option)

⇒  Admission Requirements & Deadlines

Prepare all documentation listed within the Minimum Admissions Requirements section on the Grad School’s admissions website and be sure you are adhering to the admission deadlines.

For the GRE/TOEFL testing results, make sure to use the following School Codes:

      • UW – 4854 (submit electronically)
      • TOEFL scores /GRE – 5199
        • (GRE currently waived for 2022 and 2023 applicants)

⇒  Apply to the Graduate School 

Start the application process at the graduate school admissions portal.  Create an applicant profile that will include basic applicant contact and demographic information including citizenship, your application account password, and other information.  If you are offered admission, you will be required to send original official transcripts to the Graduate School for verification of your B.S. degrees and school accreditation.

Once you have created a profile in the graduate school admissions portal, you will need to provide the following information:

    1. Unofficial transcripts from all previous educational institutions
    2. GRE scores
      • (currently waived for 2022 and 2023 applicants)
    3. TOEFL or IELTS scores for international applicants
    4. Statement of Purpose
      • This one-page essay explains why you seek admission to the M.S. Construction Management program (see essay instructions within the application form).
    5. Personal résumé or CV
    6. Three letters of recommendation
      • From current or former employers or supervisors or former teachers
      • Recommendations will be submitted online through the MyGrad program
    7.  International applicants are required to convert their final degree score into the USA 4-point system in order to obtain an equivalent GPA.  Applicants are encouraged to use this website to calculate the equivalent GPA.
      • Make a copy of the screenshots showing the course credits and scores, and the calculated GPA and submit them as part of the online application.

After your application has been submitted, you can check the status of your application by logging in to your MyGrad account.  If you cannot remember your password or are having trouble logging in, try the “forgot password” link.

The Construction Management Department Admissions Committee will begin to review all applications within two weeks of the application deadline. Departmental decisions are made approximately four weeks from the start of the review process and official department letters of decision are sent online through the MyGrad portal.
