PermaBilt Industries, Inc. is a major building contractor in the Western United States. Since 1973, a specialization in design and construction of post and wood frame, steel-covered buildings has brought PermaBilt to a level of quality and workmanship few can surpass.

The company is seeking a self-motivated and organized Construction Coordinator to join our fast paced construction team.

The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Purchasing, Purchase Orders and scheduling delivery of materials
  • Negotiating pricing with vendors
  • Scheduling of projects
  • Interacting with inspectors and jurisdictions
  • Coordinating with subcontractors

Requirements:

Computer literate, fluent in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

  • Minimum two years construction administration experience working in a fast paced environment or equivalent education; working within existing systems and taking proactive actions to remedy when needed.
  • Candidate should possess Team Building and Problem Solving skills.
