We are looking to add a New Construction SUPERINTENDENT to our growing team! *

The Superintendent must be able to both perform construction work and lead other employees and subcontractors in doing quality field work. This includes completion of the project by ensuring the job is on schedule, within budget, and with safety as a priority while maintaining strong working relationships with the Team, Owners, Consultants, and Sub-contractors.

  • New Construction Superintendent
  • Exempt position
  • Worksite location at construction jobsite trailer, or main offices, depending on company needs.
  • Reports to Project Manager  & Executive Team Members (VP of Construction, etc.)
  • Works closely with Lead Superintendent, Jobsite Staff, Main Office Staff, Vendors, Engineers and Sub-contractors .
  • May require travel.




  • Works on project from start to closeout, or when needed.
  • Project, sub-contractor, and material scheduling as well as employee job task scheduling and ordering or assisting with ordering all material to complete the project.
  • Keeps updated records of progress relating to scheduling, cost, and budget.
  • Creates positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, and owners.
  • Installation of countertops, cabinets, flooring, plumbing and electrical fixtures, doors, flooring, appliances, window coverings, painting, hardware and trim.
  • Ability to safely operate power tools is required.
  • Prioritize tasks and identify problems or potential problems as they relate to the organization of the job.
  • Coordination with Project Manager and support team to complete all aspects of the project.
  • Quality control of materials received on the project, inspecting all work completed, taking appropriate corrective standards and calling for required inspections by appropriate authorities at the required stages.
  • Maintaining log books, phone logs, safety orientations and reports.
  • Assists in any additional duties as requested.

Preferred Experience

  • Good computer skills/ the ability and willingness to learn new programs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Procore and/or PlanSwift a plus.
  • Multi-family, Senior Housing, hotel or single family ( Large development) experience.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years working Superintendent experience.
  • Ability to understand plans, specifications, scopes of work, and other necessary construction documents to ensure job is completed as expected.
