Job Description

MN Custom Homes LLC is currently looking to hire an assistant project manager (APM).  Each APM will work on multiple custom and spec homes at a time throughout eastside (Bellevue, Kirkland, and Mercer Island) area performing day to day construction activities including Scheduling and procurement, quality control, cost control, safety management, labor management, permitting, bidding and budgeting, change order creation and warranty.  APM will report to Project Manager.

Qualifying Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management from a 4 year university but have no more then one year’s post-graduation industry experience.  The candidate must have excellent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and other business software applications.  The candidate must demonstrate excellent problem solving, organization, and communication skills.
